Three youths tragically lost their lives in a horrifying road accident in Begusarai, Bihar, as two bikes collided head-on, igniting a fatal fire. The incident occurred near Khamhar Dhala of Mufassil police station area on Saturday morning. The collision's impact was so severe that all four youths involved fell unconscious at the scene, with both bikes catching fire shortly afterward. Despite efforts by bystanders, the flames claimed two lives instantly, with two others sustaining severe injuries. Subsequent treatment at the hospital saw another fatality, while the fourth youth remains in critical condition.
The aftermath of the accident triggered panic in the vicinity, drawing a crowd of onlookers, prompting swift intervention by law enforcement. Initial investigations indicate the collision caused fuel leakage from one of the bike tanks, exacerbating the fire's intensity. The deceased were identified as Chhattis Kumar and Arvind Sharma, both residents of Pipra and Bagwada, respectively, and Sumit Kumar from Manjhaul. Shyam Kumar, the injured survivor, is currently undergoing treatment at Sadar Hospital in Begusarai. Police officials, including Sadar DSP Subodh Kumar, have confirmed the tragic incident, with authorities now focused on post-mortem procedures and further investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
